In 1987, mintages roughly doubled the 1986 figure… but promptly went back BELOW the 1986 level for 1988 and 1989. Mintages slowly increased starting in 1990, but 'Choice BU' examples of any of these 'early' coins are getting tough! These are all nice choice BU coins.
