Silver at $25 an Ounce?! Don’t think it can’t happen! by Lewis Revels

Silver is on the Rebound … and May Be on the FAST TRACK!

Silver has rebounded BIG-TIME from its “correction” down to $9/oz., all the way back up to almost $19/oz.! That’s over a 95% jump just in the span of a couple years! And that’s the reason for this communication from Chattanooga Coin. Our market experts tell us that this may be just the beginning, that there are no indicators that the silver market will cool any time soon … perhaps for years to come! And as you know, when any market is in full “bull” mode, the winners are the ones who act fast! He who hesitates is lost, or at least out of the ‘winner’s circle!’

Gold is Lethargic … So why is Silver Cooking?

Since its peak in late May, gold and silver alike have ‘corrected’ (a polite term for the big players taking their profits by selling, thus forcing the price downward) to levels just above their previous lows before starting their climb upward again. But since about mid-June, gold has been lethargic, on a gradual decline to $1200, whereas silver has been pushing upward steadily toward $19/oz. Why have the two metals taken divergent paths with silver’s price ratcheting up while gold flounders? Look no further than the always reliable principle of supply and demand.

Silver over the last decade has found increasing numbers of new industrial applications, from medical to electronic, which have pushed demand for silver to record levels worldwide. The Silver Institute reports in their 3rd quarter 2006 Silver News that total fabrication demand “led by robust industrial demand, rose in 2005 to the highest level since 2001.” Total silver fabrication rose in 2005 to 864.4 million ounces with industrial fabication “the real star, contributing an 11 percent rise to record levels of 409.3 million ounces.” (http://www.silverinstitute.org/)

What…? You thought coins, jewelry and cutlery were the only uses for silver? Why, that’s not the half of it! Silver’s use in medicine is quickly becoming legendary because of it near 100% effectiveness in killing deadly bacteria and microbes such as E-Coli, salmonella and MRSA. Whole hospitals are beginning to make sure that every fixture, knob and faucet installed has been impregnated with silver ions to help fight the spread of bacteria. And if silver’s potential in wood preservation is realized (and studies have already shown silver biocides to be highly effective in protecting wood against both insects and decay) worldwide demand could increase in a fairly short period by another 130 million troy ounces, potentially raising silver’s price by another 30-50%!

Higher Silver Demand = Benefit to your Silver Portfolio!

If silver is needed worldwide for all these and many other industrial applications in an ever increasing amount, … your silver coins can’t help but benefit! Obviously, just due to the instrinsic value of your coin’s silver content, your silver holdings will appreciate accordingly.

But the down side of this fact is that prices of all silver products is going up, coins included. That is why we are pleading with you to not allow values to take off and leave you holding an empty bag. We are urging all our customers to acquire as much silver as they can possibly afford, NOW, before prices reach $25 an ounce. How soon will that happen? If we knew that, we could all retire the day after, but realistically, it wouldn’t surprise us to see that price in less than 2 years!

Please, please… peruse the enclosed offers in our anniversary issue, and load up on as much cheap silver as you possibly can now before prices outrun your pocketbook. Take advantage of some of the best silver deals we’ve ever offered. (Some of these prices the boss gave us raised so many eyebrows among the staff that we couldn’t believe he was serious!) Expect silver to continue its price rise for the foreseeable future and silver coin prices to increase accordingly.

Bottom line: try your best to accumulate as much silver as you can, … as soon as you can!!
