Products may be returned 14 days from the day you receive your order except for bullion-related items which may not be returned for a refund.
If an order must be cancelled by the customer, 25% of the total (or the market bid, whichever is higher) of the merchandise will be deducted as a restocking fee to return the merchandise back to stock unless express consent is giving by our accounting department or by the owner of Chattanooga Coin.
Bullion gold and silver orders cannot be cancelled but may be resold to Chattanooga Coin Inc. at the current market bid price. Volatile item such as coin issues and speculative government issues may not be cancelled but resold as stated above. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Layaways cannot be cancelled or changed once your down payment is processed. |

All order are subject to a minimum shipping charge of $5.00. Extra rates apply to orders according to weight and value. Insurance will automatically be added to orders over $500
Please allow 14-21 days for standard shipping unless express shipping is requested. Shipping is calculated before your credit card is charged at the end of the check-out process. Shipping is handled by Fed Ex, USPS, UPS or private carrier.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Chattanooga Coin Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We will only ship to the 50 U.S. States and its territories.
