These Silver Dollars were issued in 1990 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Eisenhower’s birth. They were minted at West Point … Ike was a graduate! These Silver Dollars were produced in both ‘Unc’ and ‘Proof ’ finishes, and both came in nice, velour type boxes, with COA’s.
