30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and accessories, if applicable.
• Items must not have been altered, damaged, or modified after delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Customers must contact Chattanooga Coin before returning an item to receive return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items – Precious Metals & Bullion

All sales of precious metals and bullion are final.

Due to the fluctuating market values of precious metals, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on gold, silver, platinum, palladium, or other precious metal and bullion products.

This exclusion applies to all precious metal and bullion purchases, regardless of changes in market value following the purchase.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
